1) HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON ZUZUDELIGHTS.COM

Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us.
  • You can log on to www.zuzudelights.com from your mobile and desktop. Have Fun Shopping!
  • You can call or whatsapp us +2348090566920  (24 hours online service) and we will be more than happy to assist you in placing your order.
  • You can mail us all the details at info@zuzudelights.com and we place an order for you.

We would require the following information from you –

  • Recipient’s name
  • Complete delivery address, along with optional landmark description
  • Contact number(s) of the recipient
  • Date of delivery
  • Type of Residence Address e.g. Residence, Office
  • Optional complimentary message to be attached to the order
  • Shipping zone
  • Billing information

To make shopping easy and hassle-free for you, we have categorised our products in different categories. You have the option to choose products from categories like Same Day Cakes,  Cupcakes and Gifts. You can also choose products based on an occasion. Happy shopping!

Orders placed on zuzudelights.com can either be paid for at the point of check out on the website or by Naira Bank Transfer. For international bank transfer, kindly reach out on whatsapp +2348090566920 for international account details.  

2) DELIVERY INFORMATION

The bakery will notify you via whatsapp and/or call when your cake is ready! 

We offer deliveries across Lagos, Nigeria. For outside the state delivery, pls reach out to us via Call or whatsapp us at +2348090566920 / +2348029839304 to confirm possibility and cost

All orders are dispatched during business hours, unless you have opted for a Fixed time delivery.

 

Yes there are delivery charges that varies based on the delivery location. You can click on the link to view our delivery info rates

To avoid smearing the CAKES, We DO NOT DELIVER WITH BIKES. Our orders are dispatched using a 3rd party delivery company that offers an air conditioned car delivery service.

We totally understand the surprise element. You can indicate this at the point of checkout.

We’re happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery. For same day deliveries, orders are dispatched within 30 – 120 mins after it has been placed.

There are no extra charges for same day Standard Time Delivery. There is a minimal delivery charge for same day Fixed Time and Midnight delivery.

3) ORDER MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us or send a whatsapp message to our customer service line +2348090566920 / +2348029839304

Note: Order modification/cancellation requires at least a 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make change

It takes up to 24 hours time to process a cancellation request.

Refunds of orders are based on case by case basis (Checkout our refund policy).
Refund amount of orders cancelled way ahead of the delivery date will be processed to your preffered account or kept in your wallet ahead of the next order. 

 

 

4) RETURN/REFUND POLICY

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can reach out to us via call or whatsapp on +2348090566920

We do not guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Cake, Cupcakes and Gift Products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
  • Cancellation/modification request in an order made less than 48 hours prior to the date of delivery.  In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
